many fail to realize the pitfalls of such web sites—especially when
they can be accessed by university administrators, professors and
prospective employers. Join our panel of experts as they discuss the
“Facebook phenomenon,” cybersafety, cyberethics, and ways to help
students become more responsible in their on-line activities.

THE
CAPITOL STEPS
Dekelboum Concert Hall, Clarice Smith Performing
Arts Center
We're sorry, this
event is currently sold out.
The only group in America
that attempts to be funnier than the Congress, Capitol
Steps is a collective majority of current and former
Congressional staffers who satirize the very people and
places that once employed them. They monitor events and
personalities on Capitol Hill, in the Oval Office and
other centers of power, capturing the truly caustic nature of our current
political landscape and then making us laugh about it.
Since they began over 20 years ago, Capitol Steps has
become a Washington, D.C. institution for providing a
tasteful blend of musical and political comedy. The
Capitol Steps have recorded 29 albums, including their
latest, Obama Mia! They've been featured on NBC,
CBS, ABC, and PBS, and can be heard 4 times a year on
National Public Radio stations nationwide during their
Politics Takes a Holiday radio specials.
